heal & boost, timed.
Cast times and effects for every healing and boost item in PUBG Update 42.2 — the actual values from the current game build, not estimates or figures copied from older guides.
Healing
4 items| Item | Use time | Restores | HP / s of use | Heals past 75? | Space |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bandage | 3 s | 4 HP per tick for 2.9 s (cap 75) | — | cap 75 | 2 |
| First Aid Kit | 5.9 s | 75 HP over 2 s (cap 75) | 12.7 | cap 75 | 10 |
| Med Kit | 6 s | 100 HP instantly | 16.7 | to 100 | 15 |
| Battle Ready Kit | 8 s | 100 HP instantly | 12.5 | to 100 | 20 |
The bandage heals in ticks; its exact tick cadence can't be verified to the same standard as the rest of these figures, so it's shown per-tick instead of being approximated. With a teammate's Trauma Bag active, the bandage ticks heal 6 HP instead of 4 and the First Aid Kit's heal window shortens — both read from the same buff data.
Boost
gauge fills toward 100Boost drains over time and regenerates health while active — higher segments also add move speed. One Adrenaline Syringe fills the bar completely; Painkiller + Energy Drink together reach 100.
Where these numbers come from
Cast times, heal amounts, and boost values are the actual values from PUBG Update 42.2 — the same numbers the game itself uses, kept current with each patch. Where a value can't be verified to that standard (the bandage's tick cadence, the syringe's fill-to-100 behavior), it is described rather than silently guessed.
